Commercial AC in the Florida Keys

Cool It Daddy AC keeps Keys businesses cool with commercial air conditioning repair, maintenance and installation, plus 24/7 emergency service when the AC goes down.

When your AC goes down, business slows down

A warm dining room, a hot shop floor or a stuffy office costs you customers by the hour. We repair, maintain and install air conditioning for commercial properties across the Florida Keys, and we answer the phone around the clock.

Who we work with

• Restaurants, bars and cafes
• Retail shops and galleries
• Offices and professional suites
• Vacation rentals, guesthouses and small lodging
• Marinas, dive shops and charter offices
• Property managers and HOAs with multiple units

What we do

• Emergency repair any time, day or night, so you're not closed for the weekend
• Preventive maintenance on a schedule that fits your hours, which catches failures before they happen
• Replacement and new installs, including central, split and ductless systems sized for the space
• Mini-splits for small offices, back rooms, storage and add-on spaces

Why Keys commercial AC is different

Kitchens, front doors that open all day, glass storefronts and waterfront air all push a commercial system harder. Salt air eats outdoor units and rooftop equipment, and humidity makes a poorly running system feel much worse than the thermostat says. A short maintenance routine pays for itself the first time it prevents a Saturday-night shutdown.
