Whether your old system finally died or you're building out a new space, we size, install and start up the new system. You get the quote in writing before any work starts.

What a good installation includes

• The right size. A system that's too big short-cycles and leaves the air humid. One that's too small never catches up. We size it to your home or building, not to the old unit.
• Ductwork that works. A new outdoor unit on leaky or undersized ducts wastes most of what you paid for. We check the duct system as part of the quote.
• Built for wind and salt. Outdoor units in the Keys need to be secured for high wind. Ask us about corrosion-resistant options for units close to the water.
• Permits and inspections. We handle the paperwork so the job is done legally and to code.
• A clean finish. We test the system, walk you through the thermostat, and leave the work area clean.

Central air or mini-split installation?

Central air is the default for most homes with working ducts. Ductless mini-splits are often the better answer when there are no ducts to reuse: additions, garages, enclosed porches, older buildings, and many elevated homes. They also let you cool only the rooms you use. If you aren't sure, describe the space and we'll tell you which fits.

• It still uses R-22 refrigerant, which is no longer produced
